Springfield AV Crew is made up of a closely-knitted group of students who are mainly responsible for supporting school events and functions. These events are spread out throughout the year. Some examples are; Assemblies, School's Open House, CCA Orientation Day, Speech Day, National Day Celebration, Teachers' Day, etc.
Every member of the SPF AV Crew plays an important role. They are given the opportunities to explore and learn how to handle audio visual equipments. Apart from the technical skills and abilities, they will also be equipped with lifelong "soft skills" such as, developing their leadership qualities, stress management and group dynamics.
Members are expected to put on their best behaviour at all times and be a positive example for their peers, both in character and studies.
The SPF AV Crew believes that discipline and diligence can never be compromised. However, that does not mean that we do not have fun. ('o,')
The experience garnered from the time spent in the SPF AV Crew will help to better prepare them for the long road they have ahead of them in life.
